Instructions for proper use
Mix 100g of meat with 1g (1 scoop, provided) of PurrForm Complete Supplement. Sprinkle the powder over the meat and mix thoroughly before serving.

As Purrform Complete Supplement contains calcium, phosphorus and vitamin A, you should not feed it with meals containing bone, liver, or kidney.
It contains higher levels of vitamins A and D₃ than complete foods and must not be mixed with complete meals such as canned food.
Do not exceed 3.6g of supplement per day.
