Our Customer Reward Schemes

We run a number of customer reward schemes at Healthy Pet Store to reward our loyal customers. The following schemes are redeemable in-store only.

Healthy Pet Store In-Store Points-Based Rewards

The digital reward card is replacing the Healthy Pet Store stamp card. This new scheme ensures that all pet caregivers have access to rewards across the entire range of products – including food, toys, and training equipment. With no paper cards to carry, your points are stored digitally with every in-store purchase.  Two points are awarded for every full £1, no matter the transaction value. Each 100 points is worth £1, and the points can be redeemed at any time. Terms and conditions are here.

Blue Light card and Defence Discount card scheme

Blue Light Discounts and Defence Card Discount will be terminated by 30th September. Pet caregivers currently using these discounts are invited to join our new In-Store Points-Based Reward Scheme, a flexible and rewarding alternative that offers points and savings across our full product range, including food, toys, and accessories.

New Forest Owners Club Members’ discount

Members of NFDOG receive 10% off food products. Cannot be used in conjunction with other vouchers or discounts. Terms and conditions are here.

Parking charge reimbursement scheme

You need to park at Westfield Road car park. Please note that you must have a mobile phone that takes a photo to make use of this scheme. There is no cash alternative. Park, pay for one hour parking, take a photo of your ticket and display the ticket in your car as normal. Spend a minimum of £25 at Healthy Pet Store. Show the photo of your ticket before paying and we will deduct £1.50 from your bill.
