At Healthy Pet Store, we offer Local Van Delivery, DPD National Delivery and Royal Mail National and International delivery.

Healthy Pet Store Van Delivery (local postcodes only)
Healthy Pet Store’s van-based home delivery service ensures you receive your food order quickly and frozen. If you’re not going to be in to accept your delivery, please let us know where we can leave your order safely in the Special Instructions box.
Deliveries can be packed in your choice of cardboard or polystyrene box. What to do with the used polystyrene boxes? Leave them out next time you have an order due and we will remove and reuse them.
The cut-off time for same-week delivery is 9 am on a Monday. If your order is received after 9 am, your delivery will default to the following week’s delivery day. Delivery days are set according to postcode.

Courier Delivery Service National and International
National frozen and mixed frozen/non-frozen orders go via DPD
DPD orders are dispatched 7 days a week depending on the service chosen (excluding bank holidays). Orders placed the day before and on bank holidays will be dispatched the following working day. Saturday and Sunday delivery is available before or after bank holidays.
Orders delivered by DPD cannot be rescheduled. Parcels might have two delivery attempts; however, there will likely be only one. Please ensure you are available at the delivery address. Alternatively, download the DPD app to provide a safe place where the delivery can be left, such as a neighbour’s house, your front porch or a shed. Multiple box consignments may be split and delivered by different drivers over 48 hours.
We do our best to pack all orders according to size and product nature. However, smaller-sized frozen orders, especially those of less than 5 kilos, are prone to defrosting quickly. If partially thawed, refreeze goods as soon as possible.
The following rates are available for mainland UK, but exclude Channel Islands, Isles of Scilly, Scottish Islands, Scottish Highlands, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland, Guernsey, and Jersey.
Weekday Delivery (Delivered Monday through Friday cut-off 12 pm)
Orders placed after the cut-off time on Thursday will be dispatched on a Sunday and delivered on a Monday (unless there is a Bank Holiday).
Delivery times are approximate and not guaranteed by the courier. We cannot be held accountable for defrosted goods delivered by couriers.
- Orders between 0kg and 40kg are £12.95
- Orders between 41kg and 60kg are £16.95
- Orders between 61kg and 80kg are £19.95
- Orders above 80kg will automatically default to Click & Collect. We will contact you for the shipping price and to take payment.
Weekday Delivery by 12 pm (Monday through Friday cut-off 12 pm)
Orders placed after the cut-off time on Thursday will be dispatched on a Sunday and delivered on a Monday (unless there is a Bank Holiday).

- Orders between 21kg and 30kg are £27.50
- Orders between 31kg and 50kg are £39.95
- Orders above 50kg will automatically default to Click & Collect. We will contact you for the shipping price and to take payment.

Orders placed after the cut-off time will be dispatched on the following available slot (unless there is a Bank Holiday).
- Orders below 20kg are £17.95
- Orders between 21kg and 30kg are £27.50
- Orders between 31kg and 50kg are £39.95
- Orders above 50kg will automatically default to Click & Collect. We will contact you for the shipping price and to take payment.
National non-frozen orders go via Royal Mail
The maximum order size is 20kg, calculated during checkout. Parcels over 20kg will be delivered by DPD (no free delivery option). Orders placed before noon are dispatched Monday to Friday. Orders placed on Weekends and bank holidays will be dispatched the following working day.
The following rates are available for mainland UK, Channel Islands, Isles of Scilly, Scottish Islands, Scottish Highlands, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland, Guernsey, and Jersey.
- Royal Mail Tracked 48h is free for orders over £60. On orders below the qualifying value, there is a flat postage rate of £5.95
- Royal Mail Tracked 24h has a flat rate of £7.95, irrespective of value
International non-frozen orders go via Royal Mail
The maximum order size is 20kg, calculated at checkout. Be aware that, from the 1st of July, EU countries now charge a flat customs duty of £3 per product type. Duty exemptions, up to £150, were abolished. VAT and customs charges may apply and are entirely the recipient’s responsibility.
- International Tracked & Signed is £15 (Customs and extra import charges are the customer’s responsibility)
Orders shipped from the supplier
Some of our items are shipped directly from the supplier. Orders shipped from the supplier are delivered by next-day delivery Monday to Friday; the deadline for same-day shipping is 10 am. For more info about orders shipped from the supplier, please read our T&C.
Click & Collect
Simply select and add the desired products to the basket. Pay for your order online and choose Click and Collect. Wait for your ‘Ready for Collection’ email, which will be sent by the latest 10 am the next day. You will then be able to collect your order from Healthy Pet Store in Totton.
If your order is not collected within 7 days, the stock will be returned to the shop floor.
Your collection can be packed in either polystyrene boxes or cardboard. Polystyrene boxes can be returned to us for reuse.
