Delivery Information
We offer Healthy Pet Store local freezer van delivery for all our products which also ensures any frozen produce arrives guaranteed frozen at your location. We offer national and international couriers for non-frozen and frozen products, and international delivery for non-frozen products.
Currently, we are unable to apply rewards and discount schemes to any van delivery orders. We’re not able to take orders over the telephone. Payment for orders is taken through our website securely using a debit or credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Paypal. By submitting an order with Healthy Pet Store, you agree to the full Terms and Conditions of service. For any further questions, please contact us.
Healthy Pet Store Van Delivery (local postcodes only)
Healthy Pet Store’s van-based home delivery service ensures you receive your food order quickly and efficiently at your doorstep. We ensure all orders are neatly packed and guaranteed frozen at great value. If you’re not going to be in to accept your delivery, please let us know where we can leave your order in a safe place in the Special Instructions box. Deliveries can be packed in your choice of cardboard boxes or polystyrene. What to do with the used polystyrene boxes? Leave them out next time you have an order due and we will remove and reuse them.
Place your order by 9 am on a Monday for same week delivery. If your order gets to us after 9 am, your delivery will default to the next week’s delivery day, according to the postcode.

Courier Delivery Service
Frozen and non-frozen products are available online through our website and can be delivered anywhere in the UK*, and some ranges internationally**.
All prices, where applicable, are inclusive of VAT at the current rates and are correct at the time of entering information.
Orders placed before noon are dispatched Monday to Sunday depending on the service chosen. Orders placed on Bank holidays will be dispatched the following working day.
National mixed frozen and non-frozen orders go with DPD
Frozen orders for next-day delivery placed on a Friday will be dispatched on a Sunday and delivered on a Monday. Orders placed the day before and on bank holidays will be dispatched on the following date. Saturday and Sunday delivery is available before or after bank holidays.
Orders delivered by DPD cannot be rescheduled. Parcels might have two delivery attempts however it is likely that there will only be one delivery attempt.
Please ensure you are available at the delivery address. Alternatively, download the DPD app to provide a safe place for delivery, such as a neighbour’s house, your front porch, or a shed. Multiple box consignments may be split and delivered by different drivers over 48 hours. Delivery times are approximate and not guaranteed by the courier.
We cannot be held accountable for defrosted goods delivered by couriers. We do our best to pack all orders according to size and product nature. However, smaller-sized frozen orders, especially those of less than 5 kilos, are prone to defrost quickly. Refreeze the goods as soon as possible. We do not ship ice creams by courier.

National non-frozen orders go with Royal Mail
The maximum order size is 20kg, calculated during checkout. Orders placed before noon are dispatched Monday to Sunday depending on the service chosen. Orders placed on Weekends and Bank holidays will be dispatched the following working day.
- Royal Mail Tracked 48h is free for over £60. On orders below the qualifying value, there is a postage flat rate of £5.95
- Royal Mail Tracked 24h has a flat rate of £7.95 irrespective of value
- Gift vouchers are shipped for £2.50 and are mailed to UK addresses only
International non-frozen orders go with Royal Mail

Click & Collect
Simply select and add the desired products to the basket. Pay for your order online and choose Click and Collect. Wait for your ‘Ready for Collection’ email which will be sent by the latest 10 am the next day. You will then be able to collect your order from Healthy Pet Store shop in Totton.
If your order is not collected within 7 days, the stock will be returned to the shop floor. Your collection can be packed in either polystyrene boxes or cardboard. Polystyrene boxes can be returned to us for reuse.
