The difficulty can be adapted to suit your dog’s confidence and experience. For an easier challenge, the flaps can be left unlocked. To make the puzzle more difficult, gently secure the flaps using the star-shaped pieces on top. To make the puzzle even more difficult, place a longer treat through the opening to hold the star more firmly in position. The dog will have to remove it to move the star and release the other treats.
Simply hide suitable treats or dry food inside the compartments and allow your dog to twist, flip and investigate at their own pace. This rewarding activity helps provide mental stimulation while supporting natural sniffing, pawing and foraging behaviours.

Usage guidance
Place suitable treats or dry food inside the three compartments and close the flaps.
For a gentler challenge, use the star-shaped pieces to lightly secure the covers. To increase the difficulty, place a longer treat through the opening to hold the flap more firmly.
Introduce the puzzle and gradually increase the challenge, allowing the dog to explore it at their own pace. Use treats that are an appropriate size for the compartments and include them within your dog’s daily food allowance.
