Delivery Information
We offer local specialised van delivery for all our products which also ensures any frozen produces arrive safely and frozen to your location. We also offer national and international courier for non-frozen products. Whether it’s pet toys, dried or wet food, supplements or any other non-frozen items, we’ve got you covered!
Currently, we are unable to apply rewards and discounts schemes to any online orders. We’re not able to take orders over the telephone. Payment for orders is taken through our website securely using debit or credit card or Paypal. By submitting an order with Healthy Pet Store, you agree to the full Terms and Conditions of service. Healthy Pet Store Van Delivery (local postcodes only)
Healthy Pet Store van-based home delivery service ensures you receive your food order quickly and efficiently at your doorstep. We ensure all orders are neatly packed and guaranteed frozen at great value. If you’re not going to be in to accept your delivery, please let us know where we can leave your order in a safe place in the Special Instructions box. Deliveries can be packed in your choice of cardboard boxes or polystyrene. What to do with the used polystyrene boxes? Leave them out next time you have an order due and we will remove and reuse them.
Place your order by 9am on a Monday for same week delivery. If your order gets to us after 9am, your delivery will default to the next week’s delivery day, according to postcode.

Courier Delivery Service
National Courier Delivery Service
All non-frozen products are available to purchase online through our website. Orders placed by 12pm are dispatched on the same day, from Monday to Friday. Orders placed over the weekend or on Bank holidays will be dispatched following working day.
- Royal Mail Tracked 48h is free on all non-frozen orders over £60. On orders below the qualifying value, there is a postage flat rate of £5.95
- Royal Mail Tracked 24h has a flat rate of £7.95 irrespective of value
- Gift vouchers are shipped for £2.50 and are mailed to UK addresses only

International Courier Delivery Service
All toys, harnesses and leads are available to purchase online through our website. Due to new importation and exportation laws, we are unable to offer deliveries of consumable goods (treats, supplements or food of any kind) outside the UK. Orders placed by 12pm are dispatched on the same day, from Monday to Friday. Orders placed over the weekend or on Bank holidays will be dispatched following working day.
- International Tracked & Signed shipping is £12.95

Click & Collect
How does our Click and Collect orders work? Simply select and add the desired products to the basket. Pay for your order online, choosing Click and Collect. Wait for your ‘Ready for Collection’ email which will be sent by the latest 10am next day.
If your order is not collected within 7 days, the stock will be returned to the shop floor. Your collection can be packed in either polystyrene boxes or cardboard. Polystyrene boxes can be returned to us for reuse.
