Easter approaches and we wanted to keep pet caregivers informed about our store opening hours and delivery information. Plan ahead and make sure your pets don’t miss out on their essentials.
Store opening times
Our Totton store will be open as follows over the Easter weekend:
- Friday 3rd April: 9am – 6pm
- Saturday 4th April: 9am – 8pm
- Sunday 5th April: Closed
- Monday 6th April: 9am – 6pm
Delivery cut-off dates for delivery before Easter
To ensure your order arrives in time for Easter, please take note of the following deadlines:
- DPD: Order by 12pm, Wednesday 1st April (Saturday and Sunday DPD services will be unavailable over Easter)
- Royal Mail Tracked 24: Order by 12pm, Wednesday 1st April
- Royal Mail Tracked 48: Order by 12pm, Tuesday 31st March
- Local Delivery: Our local delivery service will continue as usual, so if you’re nearby, you can still enjoy convenient delivery without disruption.
Please note: DPD orders placed after the cut-off times will be dispatched on Tuesday, 7th April. Royal Mail orders will be dispatched as they are placed, but we can’t guarantee delivery before Easter.
