We really are excited by this – it’s official KONG Day on Monday 8th April and we’re inviting people to help us make a difference with KONG Classic stuffing toys!
We’re looking for anyone, including parents and children, to join us in-store any time from 11 am until 3 pm to help us stuff KONG Classic toys ready to be frozen and then hand-delivered by us the following day to the shelter dogs currently at St Francis Animal Welfare, Second Chance Animal Rescue, the Blue Cross rehoming centre in Southampton and the RSPCA Solent Branch.
You’ll get stuck into stuffing a KONG Classic, see the different creative ways to stuff them and get ideas to take back home for your beloved dogs – and contribute to a great cause! To say thank you for lending a paw, you’ll leave with a bag of KONG goodies.
We’d also like to say a massive thank you to the Fruit Basket for donating damaged fruits for us to use, to No Fuss Fill for their fab utensils which make filling the KONG Classic a breeze, and of course, to KONG for their generous donations of KONG Classic seconds and merchandise to make this a memorable day and to help brighten the day of all the dogs who are in shelter locally.
