A big congratulations to our Store Manager Richard Wall who has been promoted to Operations Manager.
Richard will be bringing his years of experience and expertise over to our Head Office as of September 2022 and will be managing purchasing, logistics, warehousing and our brand new website.
The Operations Manager position is a new role we’ve introduced because we hope to expand the business. We can’t wait for Richard to help us get our teeth into opening new stores and meeting new furry faces.
Richard said, “I am absolutely delighted to be appointed as the new Operations Manager. I have been with Healthy Pet Store for five years and have watched the business go from strength to strength.
“From the smaller pet store that it was just two years ago to the business that it is today, I’m excited to be on this journey with Healthy Pet Store. I can’t wait to get stuck in and help lead the business on its next steps.”
Deborah added, “Richard has been appointed because of his outstanding ability, skills and experience. He is a dedicated member of the team and will be an asset when getting other stores off the ground with speed.
“We are still a young company and Richard understands the challenges that come with that. I know he is committed to improving our processes while supporting all members of staff, whether they are head office or shop floor colleagues.”
