We were awarded the Bricks ‘n’ Clicks award to celebrate our seamless customer service by creating fun, educational and engaging initiatives both in-store and online.
Our vision of becoming a leading frozen pet food retailer in the UK and our strong focus on pet-friendly products was recognised by the judges.
We’re over the moon that we won this national award which recognises our hard work and dedication to excellent customer service. Our customers and the wellbeing of their pets are at the heart of everything we do.
We are also really excited to see where we will take Healthy Pet Store within the next year. Thank you to our teams and suppliers for their hard work in making Healthy Pet Store such a success.

We are continuing to grow at a rapid rate, staying open until 8pm, introducing exciting new lines, and delivering to Hampshire, Dorset, Wiltshire, West Sussex, and the Isle of Wight to keep up with customer demand.
