We offer a local delivery service and what's more, it's free*! We fulfil local deliveries on Tuesdays to all SO and BH24, BH25 and BH31 postcodes and monthly on the 1st Tuesday of every month to SP1, SP2, SP5 and SP6, and PO7, PO14, PO15 and PO17 for £5. Our customer rewards and discount schemes are not applied to home deliveries.
For SO and BH postcodes: for single orders over £50, delivery is free to one address. For single orders below £50, delivery is just £5.
For SP and PO postcodes: delivery is £5 for any order value.
How to book?
If you'd like you use the delivery service, simply visit the Products page, and tick the products you'd like to us to deliver. Your basket will show the shopping list for us and a running total as you go. When you've finished, tell us who you are, give a contact number and email address and we'll do the rest. By submitting an order with Healthy Pet Store, you agree to the full Terms and Conditions of service detailed here. We do not offer online payments because of the constant fluctuating nature of the products. We are sorry but we are unable to take delivery orders over the telephone.
Things to remember
If we receive your order by 3pm on Sunday, we will be able to deliver on the Tuesday. If your order gets to us after 3pm, your delivery will default to the next Tuesday (BH and SO postcodes). For SP and PO postcodes, if we receive your order by 3pm on Sunday, we will be able to delivery on the Tuesday. If your order gets to us after 3pm, your delivery will default to the next Tuesday of the following month.
If you will not be in to accept the delivery, please let us know where we can leave your order in a safe place in the Special Instructions box.
How to pay?
We will call you to take payment before delivery, after we have checked your order. We are unable to offer web payment, direct debits or standing orders. More details of how to pay will be contained in your order confirmation email.
