Customer advisors

We recruit talented people from across the region who go on to undertake our independent nutritional, and animal learning theory training. After a qualifying period, our Customer Advisors can undertake further studies in canine and feline nutrition with a recognised education provider.

Our Customer Advisors usually have animal training backgrounds and/or retail backgrounds, and bring with them their own experience of caring for a variety of meat-eating animals. This means we have a team of brilliant Customer Advisors who understand all feeding models for dogs and cats and who are sensitive to your needs and those of your companion animals. Our Customer Advisors also undertake replenishment and order picking and packing duties which gives them a hands-on appreciation of the whole business.

Home delivery drivers

Getting food to your door in a timely and efficient manner is something you’ve come to expect when you choose Healthy Pet Store’s home delivery service. Our Delivery Drivers are conscientious and meticulous. They are the face of Healthy Pet Store on the road.

Logistics

We excel at offering a huge range of frozen produce, and this is because our Replenishment teams work efficiently at getting produce from warehouse into freezers, ready for you to choose from.
